How we can work together
Intro Call
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call; an informal opportunity for us to meet and explore where you are right now. Some people come with a clear sense of what they want to change; others are still figuring that out. Wherever you are in that process, the call gives you a chance to see whether my coaching feels like a good fit for you.
If you decide you’d like to move forward after the call, we can arrange your first coaching session.
Online or in person
All coaching is offered on a 1:1 basis, either online or in person in Bristol, UK.
Adjustments
If any adjustments would help you access coaching more comfortably, I’ll be very happy to discuss and accommodate these wherever possible.
Number of sessions
The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and what feels right for you. Some people benefit from a single session, while others choose to work together over multiple meetings. Typically, clients have between 1 and 8 sessions, each lasting 60–90 minutes.

Resources
If helpful resources or exercises arise during our work together, I can send supportive materials to you after sessions (with your permission), to help you to continue reflecting and building on what we’ve discussed.
