Hi, I’m Mike, a Wellbeing Coach based in Bristol, UK.
I love my work because it is so powerful when someone stops feeling stuck and starts moving toward their true goals, with clarity and confidence.
I’ve experienced that shift myself. I know what it’s like to feel held back by uncertainty and overwhelm, and how life-changing it can be when you know where you want to go, and how to get there!
With over 17 years’ experience in individual and organisational wellbeing, I support people to identify the changes they genuinely want in their lives, and to create a realistic path towards them.
My approach combines real-world experience with solid academic training. I hold a BSc in Psychology, postgraduate qualifications in Low Intensity Psychological Therapies and Academic Practice, and I’m a certified practitioner of the Psychological Safety Index.
I’m also currently training as a Gym Instructor (Level 2) and Personal Trainer (Level 3), because true wellbeing doesn’t just live in the mind; it shows up in how we move, how we feel, and how we live day to day.
